CONSUMERS BEHAVIOUR ON THE PURCHASE OF MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS FROM HOUSEHOLD’S PERSPECTIVE IN COIMBATORE DISTRICT (M. ISWARYA) This study is to understand the buying behavior and to find the Brand preference and loyalty of consumers over different brands of milk and milk products in different areas, and to measure the level of customer satisfaction over the milk and milk products. this study find that Most of the respondents prefer 500ml package of milk, Majority of the respondents spend monthly Rs.2000-4000 (63.7 per cent) towards purchasing milk and milk products, Majority 60.8 percent of the respondents pay cash immediately while purchasing milk and milk products.The study found that there is a need for marketers to take active steps to survive in the market and to develop loyal customers

Divya Bharathi and Dinesh (2020), in their study, the purpose of this paper is to study, understand and analyze the consumer awareness and satisfaction towards Nandini dairy products in Karnataka. The researcher has applied exploratory and descriptive research design by constructing the structured questionnaire and subjected the questionnaire to 100 consumers who are milk and milk product users in Karnataka. The researcher has used convenience sampling for data collection. The collected data has been analyzed using simple tools such as averages, percentages and measurement scales were used to arrive at desired results. Found that study, In the research it is entrusted that the awareness level and satisfaction level of consumers towards Nandini dairy products in terms of quality, taste, hygiene, packaging, availability etc. is very high in Karnataka. 14 Most preferred products in Nandini by consumers are milk, curd and ghee and Nandini dealers are influencing them towards the purchase
Dhanya and Venkatesa Palanichamy (2018) they have conducted research work to determine the buying behaviour of Aroma Milk products. The study was conducted in the Coimbatore district with a sample size of 120 respondentsselected using stratified simple random sampling methodology. Primary data was collected through a well-structured, pre-tested interview schedule. They have analyzed using SPSS and revealed that most of the Aroma consumers are satiated with the product and consider quality as the most important criteria for making purchase decisions. Further, they have found that marital status, age, education status influences the purchasing behaviour of consumers.
